Welcome to: In The Flow:  a space where I share insights and experiences from my ongoing spiritual journey. Here, I’ll explore ministry and expand my interfaith and inter spiritual curiosity, as I deepen my connection to The Divine.

The title “In The Flow” reflects my personal approach to life. I believe everything has a natural rhythm, a natural flow, where purpose and direction often emerge (and merge)  in unexpected ways. After years of experiencing this truth, I feel called to share some of these explorations publicly.

Being “In The Flow” means embracing life’s rhythms: remaining open to growth, new possibilities, and recognizing those moments when the quiet inner voice nudges to explore, expand, and embrace. These moments of discovery have profoundly shaped me. 

The ease that comes with being in flow (though let’s be clear, ease does not mean painless!)—is a truly remarkable gift and blessing, that always makes sense at the end - and leads you exactly to where you need to be.
